Roulette is a classic game being played since centuries. It’s played on the roulette wheel. The wheel spins in one direction and the ball is then rolled in the opposite direction. The players can only place the bet till the time the ball is not rolled in it the wheel. The players have to guess the number on which the ball will land. The holes are marked red, black and the small numbers are marked green. Roulette is played on 37 slot wheel in Europe and 38 slot wheels in America.
Like every game Roulette too has a set of rules around which the game revolves. But before dealing on to the rules lets talk about the
Types of bets in roulette
There are majorly two kind of bets those are placed those are inside bets, out side bets
Outside bet Rules:
Column bet is one when players bet that the ball will land on one of the three long columns along the board.
Odd bet when the bet is set for the odd number
Dozen bet when player bets that the ball will land on one of the three twelve groups ie 1-12, 13-24, 25-36
Black when the bet is set to for the black hole
Even when the bet is set for the even number
Red when the bet is set for the red hole
Inside Bet rules
Straight Up when the bet is set for a single number, that is the highest payout number and also the toughest odds
Street: when the bet is set for the numbers in the horizontal row
Six line when the bet is set for the two adjoining streets
Split when the bet is set for any two numbers those are adjacent
Square when the bet is set for any four numbers in the square pattern
Roulette Rules:
- En Prison: this rule states that if the player has lost the bet then or the outcome is zero then the player can take back his half of the amount or is being kept for the next spin. This applies only to the even bet.
- La Partage: This rule is a bit similar to the en prison rule jus that the player doesn’t have the privilege to save it for the next spin. It applies to outside, odd, even, high, low, red and black.
